Music Update – Fundraising Item Pick-up and Delivery

Now that the Governor is reopening various sectors of the economy, we have scheduled fundraising pick-up and delivery for the week of May 27-29. The company will let me know the specific date when the items are ready to ship, and I will send out another email and Remind text so that you know which day to come to the middle school to pick up fundraising items. We will have a drive through style pickup outside the middle school gym from 3-5pm. Please stay in your vehicle and your fundraising items will be brought to you. We also ask that when delivering items, you follow social distancing guidelines. Most items are perishable and require refrigeration if they are not able to be delivered the same day you pick them up. If you need to schedule an alternate pick-up time, please email me. Please also email me if you are an adult who would like to volunteer in the afternoon approximately 1:00pm to help separate orders by student or if you’d like to help at 3:00pm to pass out orders. I appreciate everyone’s patience as we’ve been stuck in limbo with this fundraiser for the past 2 months. Looking forward to checking this off all of our lists and getting our fundraising items and prizes! 🙂
