The music department fundraiser pickup and delivery is scheduled for Wednesday, May 27. We will have a drive through style pickup outside the middle school gym from 3-5pm. Please stay in your vehicle and your fundraising items will be brought to you. We also ask that when delivering items, you follow social distancing guidelines. Most items are perishable and require refrigeration if they are not able to be delivered the same day you pick them up. If you need to schedule an alternate pick-up time, please email me. Please also email me if you are an adult who would like to volunteer in the afternoon approximately 1:00pm to help separate orders by student or if you’d like to help at 3:00pm to pass out orders. I appreciate everyone’s patience as we’ve been stuck in limbo with this fundraiser for the past 2 months. Looking forward to checking this off all of our lists and getting our fundraising items and prizes! 🙂
